Dr Cotliar is very professional and an excellent surgeon. I referred my Aunt Daisy and she, like myself did beautifully after the surgery. Besides Dr Cotliar’s professionalism, he’s just pleasant and caring. I highly recommend him and his staff who are all very knowledgeable and nice.
